Komal Vallabh, Spiritual Awakening Mentor and founder of KaaliKo

KaaliKo didn't begin in a classroom or a certification course. It began in survival. There were years of my life shaped by deep pain — including sexual abuse — and for a long time, getting through the day was the only thing I knew how to do.

Healing, for me, wasn't about pretending any of it never happened. It was learning that my past could explain me without defining me. That belief is what KaaliKo is built on.

Colour, breath, touch, and stillness aren't abstract tools for me — they're what helped me find my way back to myself, piece by piece. If you're carrying something heavy, I'm not asking you to perform being okay here. I'm holding space for you to find your own way back, the same way I had to find mine.

I work virtually with clients around the world, and in person in Sandton, South Africa. However you find your way to KaaliKo, every session is held with the same care, confidentiality, and presence.
