Welcome to KaaliKo. This document sets out the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the kaaliko.com website and your purchase of any digital product, booking, or service from KaaliKo (Part A), and KaaliKo's Privacy Policy explaining how your personal information is collected and used (Part B). By using this website or purchasing anything from KaaliKo, you agree to both parts. Please read them alongside our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also forms part of this agreement.
KaaliKo is a wellness and healing brand offering digital products, courses, and 1:1 sessions centred on identity work, intuitive healing, Reiki, and soul reconnection. KaaliKo is operated by Komal Vallabh.
Digital products (including the Colour Your Soul Reset, the Return To Self Masterclass, and Mandala Colouring Books) are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately on payment. All sales are final — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail. Digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed without KaaliKo's written permission.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) or US Dollars (USD) depending on the product or the client's location. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (including Payhip and KaaliKo's booking platform). KaaliKo does not store your card details. All prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect a purchase already completed.
All content created by KaaliKo — including course material, workbooks, guided practices, journaling prompts, colouring pages, website copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of KaaliKo and is protected by copyright. You may use purchased material for your own personal practice, but may not copy, teach, resell, or distribute it as your own without KaaliKo's written consent.
Participation in any KaaliKo session, course, or practice is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after any session, and for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, KaaliKo and Komal Vallabh shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of KaaliKo's website, digital products, or sessions. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
KaaliKo collects and uses your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Full details of what is collected, why, and your rights are set out in Part B — Privacy Policy, below.
KaaliKo's website and checkout process may direct you to third-party platforms (such as Payhip for digital products and a booking platform for sessions). These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and KaaliKo is not responsible for their performance, security, or availability.
KaaliKo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on kaaliko.com at the time of your purchase or booking will apply. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
This document is a general guide and not a substitute for legal advice; KaaliKo recommends having it reviewed by a South African attorney before publishing it, to confirm it fits your exact business setup.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KaaliKo collects, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Information shared in intake forms or during sessions (including anything relating to your health, emotional wellbeing, or personal circumstances) is treated as confidential. It is used only to inform the support KaaliKo provides you, is not shared with third parties without your consent, and is not used for any marketing purpose.
Your information may be processed by the third-party platforms KaaliKo uses to run its business — currently Netlify (website hosting), Payhip (digital product sales and payment), and a booking platform (scheduling, intake forms, and payment for sessions). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on KaaliKo's behalf. KaaliKo only shares the minimum information needed for these platforms to function.
KaaliKo retains personal information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant product or service, to maintain accounting and legal records, or as otherwise required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
To exercise any of these rights, contact KaaliKo using the details below.
KaaliKo takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse, including relying on the security measures of its established third-party platforms. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
KaaliKo's products and services are intended for adults. KaaliKo does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and any intake or booking information should be submitted by the client themselves, as an adult.
KaaliKo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on kaaliko.com at the time of your purchase or booking will apply.
